RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We have a 7 day return policy. Returns are accepted on all items excluding earrings and clearance items. You are granted 7 days from confirmed delivery to request a return approval. To start the return process, please email our customer service experts at Info@navahsi.com. Please include in email: first and last name, and four digit order number. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for the shipping fee back to our warehouse.
Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.
Returns will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days once package is received back to our warehouse. Funds can take 7-10 business days to be processed by your financial institution.
We do not currently accept exchanges. You will need to return your item and then make another purchase.
Cancellations are granted within 24 hours of orders being placed.
SHIPPING POLICY: Things to Note: We ship to the USA only. We need 4-5 business days to process your order. Orders that are placed on weekends (Friday - Sunday) and holidays will start processing the following business day. We are closed Fri - Sun and do not ship on the weekends.
Navahsi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon confirmed delivery by tracking. It is the buyers responsibility to keep track of their shipment by signing up for text/email alerts via USPS.COM, once a tracking number is provided to them. Please ensure packages are shipped to a safe and secure location and are retrieved soon after delivery to reduce stolen packages. You are granted 72 hours from date of delivery to report any damaged items. After 72 hours, damaged items cannot be replaced.
Navahsi is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If you entered the wrong address at checkout, including omitting an apt/unit #, a refund cannot be granted if the package is not sent back to us.
Returned packages will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee. We do not reship returned packages. Once a refund is processed you will need to reorder.

CHOKING HAZARD: Many of our jewelry designs contain small parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested. Jewelry from Navahsi should always be kept out of reach of younger children or any persons likely to ingest the jewelry or its parts. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool, or bed. Please keep your little ones safe and put away jewelry when its not being worn. Navahsi will not be held liable if any of our jewelry parts are ingested by younger children in your care. JEWELRY MEASUREMENTS: Please note that all of our jewelry is handmade and manually measured. Our chains are not mass produced, but made by hand. Please allow .5mm difference for all necklaces lengths.
JEWELRY MATERIALS: Our solid gold pieces are made from SOLID 10K and 14K gold. Sterling silver pieces base material is PURE .925 Sterling silver with a 14K gold plating or Rhodium plating. Gold plated and gold filled pieces base material is either copper or brass. Please keep in mind everyone's skin is different, therefore we cannot guaranteed everyone will have the same experience. Please ensure you know what material/metals works for your skin before purchasing. Navahsi cannot be held liable for any skin irritation and refunds are not granted due to skin allergy.
ECO-FRIENDLY: In order to keep our store as eco friendly as possible, packing slips are not sent with orders. Please save both email and shipping confirmation emails sent by us so you can easily find your orders details.
VERBAL ABUSE / BULLYING: Please note that verbal abuse and harassment from buyers/customers to any Navahsi staff in person or via email will not be tolerated and will result in denial of refunds, exchanges, and access to the site. Examples of Verbal abuse/ bullying are: Profanity, name calling, threats of fraudulent reporting, threats of violence, etc. Both IP address and email will be reported to our web host Shopify, to Afterpay, and to Etsy, and any future orders will be cancelled and refunded.
